Rytířská
An intimate interior scene from a sushi restaurant in Prague, captured through deep shadows and striking contrasts of light.
The painting explores the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant after dark—the warm glow of the interior emerging from surrounding darkness, with architectural details and figures becoming partially concealed within the shadows.
The high-contrast palette gives the scene a cinematic quality, transforming an ordinary moment inside a restaurant into something atmospheric and almost dreamlike. The darkness is as important as the light, creating a sense of depth, mystery, and stillness.
